After interviewing Brides, Grooms and other clients, First Class Limousine and D&G Limousine have decided to create a "Customer Awareness Campaign"  driven to inform consumers of the shady and misleading tactics used by so many limousine companies in the local area only hurting the consumers.


The horror stories have poured into our offices about limousine companies operating without any regard for their clients! 

Including-

"Limousines being contracted and not showing up on the day of the wedding".

"Booking a Hummer H2 and a stretch Lincoln shows up without any notification".

"Companies abusing the NJ State Tax Law by charging tax on every vehicle in their fleet"

"Ridiculous hidden fees added after seeing the price on their website".

"Prom Limos being overloaded; creating an unsafe environment for your children".

"Unsafe and improperly registered limousines and unlicensed chauffeurs".


The laundry list goes on for days.



Misleading tactics
- The biggest scam is their websites! Any web designer can make the company website look great! They lead you to believe they are the best company in the world with "Brand New" limos with the "Best Interiors" on earth, only by using "STOCK" photos from the limousine manufacturers websites. First Class Limousine and  D&G Limousine together have over 1800 pictures of their entire fleets displaying the finest details in each limousine. The web should be a tool to help inform anyone looking to book limousine transportation, not a playground to mislead consumers.

This One is Our Personal Favorite:  Company A owns 4 website domains that all lead to the same content.
1) www.Alimocompany.com  2) www.A-limos.com  3) www.njimocompanyA.com  4) www.A-Limousine.com  this is a tactic to deceive Google and other major search engines by trying to gain better exposure. This also misleads the customers who are looking for a reputable company to entrust for their special events. It is confusing, erroneous and just simply bad business.

Q:
If they mislead the major source for their business, what are they doing to their customers?  Unfortunately, there are no web police so the only ones being hurt are you and the legitimate businesses who follow quality ethics and effective business practices. Thankfully, you will draw your own conclusions once you see their limos and speak to a customer service rep! So they can not mislead your decision whether to book or not.


Claims of Brand New limousines-
Beware of companies using limousines that were made in 2001 and pitching them as new. Leaving you to guess if their maintenance plan is up to date! "Our limo broke down on the way to the church! " That is the most common story we have heard. Certainly things happen beyond control. But, what was that companies back up plan? Did they have one?
